Ipponme (#1)

1. A - in left stance
2. D - in left stance
3. A - Take one step forward and perform right Junzuki Jodan.
4. D - Take one step backward with the left and block the opponent's attack with right Shuto Uchiuke.
5. A - Perform left Gyakuzuki Chudan, pull back the left hand, Sweep (Ashi Barai) the opponent's right foot with your left, perform right Gyakuzuki Chudan, pull back the right hand.


Nihonme (#2)

Attacker - Musubi-Dachi (Feet together)

Step forward into right fighting stance

Right leg slides forward with left reverse punch to the head

one step foot sweep

left reverse puch to the body.

 

Defender- Musubi-Dachi (Feet together)

Step back into left fighting stance

draw back into cat stance with left shuto uchiuke (open hand block).

 


Sanbonme (#3)

1. A - in left stance
2. D - in right stance
3. A - Step forward and perform Junzuki Jodan
4. D - One step back, perform Shuto Uchiuke.
5. A - left Gyakuzuki Chudan.
6. D - Retreat to avoid opponent's attack, counterattack with left punch.
7. A - Avoid the opponent's attack by sinking your body and come close to him. Bring your right arm in front of your opponent's right shoulder and left hand to the back of his left knee. Twist your body to the right and pull him down. Perform Urakenuchi to his face.


Yohonme (#4)

1. A - in right stance
2. D - in right stance
3. A - Take one step forward with your left and perform right Urakenuchi to the opponent's face.
4. D - Block with right arm.
5. A - Being cautious of the opponent's right hand, pull back your right hand. Press his right arm with your left hand. Perform right Gyakuzuki Chudan. Pull back your right hand immediately. Grab the opponent's left shoulder with your right hand. Pull the opponent down with both hands and perform right Hizageri (knee kick). Putting down your right leg, perform right Otoshi Empi (dropping elbow strike)


Gohonme (#5)

1. A - in left stance
2. D - in left stance
3. A - Take one step forward (right foot) and perform left Gyakuzuki Chudan.
4. D - Take one step backward (left foot back) and block it with right Uchiuke.
5. A - Surikomi Maegeri (one step Maegeri) kick with right leg.
6. D - Take one step backward (now in left stance) and block Maegeri with left Sukuiuke. Counter attack with right Haito (inner knife hand) to the ribs, immediately perform right Uraken Jodan; grab the opponent's right shoulder with your left hand and sweep his right leg with your right Haito. Pull down with your left hand and continue to sweep him down. Finish the series with right Shutouchi Jodan.

Ropponme (#6)

1. A - in left stance
2. D - in left stance
3. A - Surikomi Maegeri Chudan (kick with the left leg.
4. D - Avoid the kick by taking one step backward (now in right stance).
5. A - Right Gyakuzuki Jodan.
6. D - Block with right Shuto Uchiuke.
7. A - Glide forward with Yoriashi and hook the opponent's right foot with your left foot. Perform right Mawashigeri Chudan.


Nanahonme (#7)

1. A - in left stance
2. D - in left stance
3. A - Performs left Tobikomizuki
4. D - Glide backward and block with left Shuto Uchiuke
5. A - Left Tobikomizuki
6. D - Glide backward with Yoriashi and block with left Shuto Uchiuke. Counterattack with right Maegeri Chudan.
7. A - Block the kick with left Sukuiuke. Right Gyakuzuki. Press the back of the opponent's knee with the right foot and pull down with your right hand. Left Gyakuzuki
